One thing I’ve learned from these photos is that no one knows how to take pictures of things straight 😂
Joe Russo: “At a certain point, I’m sure we’ll write another letter this year that asks everyone to stay off the internet. I think this one has more spoilers in it than Infinity War. This is a culture that wants everything now, and it’s getting worse. The world is connected via social media, and information travels within seconds. If you’ve been following along with this narrative for ten years, you’re going to want to protect yourself.
It’s best to go in clean. I encourage people to go opening weekend because I’m sure everything is going to hit the internet the moment the movie hits the screen”.
Me: Just adding to that, I think most of us in our lives have had something that we’re passionate about spoilt either on purpose, or by thoughtless chatterboxes. It’s hard enough for me to avoid spoilers in real life, let alone on the internet, which is probably going to be an unparalleled minefield the second the movie is out.
All I’ll say is this; I know taking yourself off of social media can be difficult, but I highly advise doing so by the time of the movie’s red carpet premiere, which is April 22nd. I know people like myself that live in the UK get the movie a day early than most places (don’t hate me, I don’t know why), so it’s important for people in my region to use common sense and not post spoilers all over.
Like I said, most of us have had stuff spoilt in the past – it’s annoying, but the MCU is next level for a lot of people. Ten years of storytelling that shouldn’t be spoilt by trolls, irrational socialites, or hungry news outlets. So be careful and considerate. You’ll have the people that’ll say, “It’s just a movie”, but let’s face it, the MCU wasn’t made for them, it was made for us, so I think I’m right in assuming we’re all going to mutually sit down, watch the movie, enjoy it, then zip it for the sake of those that are just as passionate as you.
I like this poster a lot! There’s a few things I actually prefer about this one, such as the character formations and the inclusion of the ‘dead’ characters. Two things to note; the first being Valkyrie being confirmed, and the Quantum fractals around the top corners kinda reinforce just how important Ant-Man will be!
Here are the rules; you have $15 to get a team together. As you can see, some characters cost more than others, so choose wisely!
Then, once you’ve saved the day, use another $15 to save which dusted characters you decide are most worth bringing back!
To defeat Thanos, my list is as follows; Captain Marvel for sheer power, Captain America for his leadership and tactical abilities, Wong for his unique power and knowledge of the mystic arts, Rocket to be chief weapons manufacturer and pilot, and Pepper to fund it all, not to mention she has her own Iron-Man suit rumoured soooo.
The heroes I’m saving are; Doctor Strange for his unparalleled mystic mastery, I believe he’s too big of a player to leave dead. Secondly, Spider-Man because he was too young to die, and I believe he has more potential as a hero in the years ahead of him. Third is Nick Fury so he can continue his overwatch and protection of Earth, then Shuri because Black Panther is expensive but I recognise Wakanda needs a ruler and I believe she could be that person, not to mention her smarts and knowledge of Vibranium, she can continue to push her nation and the rest of the world forward in advancement. Lastly Winter Soldier because he deserves an actual life.
